The gCRM add-in adds the CRM tab to Microsoft Outlook.
This tab combines Microsoft Outlook features, adding useful filters.
You can change visibility, labels, and images using the ribbon manager.
If you do not see the tab, refer to Troubleshooting.
Use the Goals and Potentials menus to open filtered views of the special task folders for goals and potentials.
To work with these features, create top-level task folders like Goals and Potentials.
The screenshots below show how to select the account (VS in the example) to create top-level folders:
You can create folders with other names. In this case, select the folders in the gCRM Options.
Use the Tasks menu to open filtered task views.
The menu shows actual task categories at the bottom, like Account, Customer, Lead, and Partner.
If you do not see recently added categories, restart Microsoft Outlook to update the cache.
Use the Contacts menu to open filtered contact views.
The menu shows actual contact categories at the bottom, like Account, Customer, Lead, and Partner.
If you do not see recently added categories, restart Microsoft Outlook to update the cache.
Use the Emails menu to open email folders.
The menu shows the following Outlook folders:
If you still do not use the search folders, try this Outlook feature. It can save a lot of time.
Use the Calls menu to open the Journal folder filtered by phone calls.
Use the Events menu to open filtered Outlook calendars.
Use the Views submenu to change views.

Use the Journals menu to open the filtered Journal folder.
Use the Notes menu to open the Outlook Notes folder.
Use the Templates menu to open the Outlook template folder and create email messages based on the templates.
Use the Wizards menu to run gCRM wizards.
The Update Mail Categories wizard updates email categories based on the contact categories.
For example, you have a contact record with the Lead category. Later, you change the contact's category to Customer.
Use this wizard to convert categories of all emails of this contact to the Customer category.
Note that you can create search folders to filter emails from leads, customers, or accounts.
The Update Contact Categories wizard sorts categories for each contact in the same order.
Use it if you see category colors unsorted.
Use the Options menu to open the Options dialog box and the ribbon manager.
Use the Details menu to turn on and off gCRM form regions.
For now, gCRM contains a single form region that shows previous emails of the active email sender.
The form searches emails in the Inbox and CRM folders.
